Cherry Hills Vilage, Mid-Century Modern

Cherry Hills Village Kitchen Renovation

Built in 2001, this Mediterranean home in Cherry Hills Village was the epitome of French Country style; complete with peach pickled oak throughout.  The home was purchased in 2014 by a surgeon and his software executive wife, and their three active children. The home featured a good layout and adequate space, but didn't reflect the energy of their modern family. 
 
The homeowners started with the heart of the home, the kitchen, and turned to Tory Bond Designs to turn the space into a functional, bright and happy place for daily living and entertaining.  We re-faced and lacquered the custom cabinets, added a new island, upgraded the appliances to chef quality, added exotic natural quartzite countertops, a gorgeous backsplash from Ann Sacks, and elegant crystal island pendants.
 
Having exceeded their expectations for the kitchen, the homeowners asked Tory Bond Designs to complete a whole house renovation in 2019, including: new furniture, rugs, lighting, and artwork throughout, a remodel of the master bedroom and bathroom, four new fireplaces, and an exterior ‘face-lift’ including new paint, lighting, and patio furnishings.

Cherry Creek Country Club, Mediterranean

This Mediterranean Villa in Cherry Creek Country Club was built in 2013.  The new owner, a newly single executive, wanted a fresh start with a complete makeover that reflects his personality and lifestyle.  With a focus on functional comfort and entertaining, we renovated his home from top to bottom, with new flooring, appliances, custom cabinetry, lighting, globally-sourced tile, fine hand-woven rugs, furniture, original art, linens, and outdoor furnishings.  The end result is a bespoke home with elegant and comfortable spaces to host family, friends and out of town visitors.
